A client with three HMOs needed every one of them deep cleaned ahead of inspection. We priced all three as a single job and cleaned them in one day.

Can you clean more than one HMO in a day?

Yes. We recently deep cleaned three HMOs for one client in a single day, priced together as one job. Tell us how many properties you have and when you need them done, and we will plan the day around it.

Can you get an HMO ready for an inspection?

Yes. Our HMO deep clean covers kitchens, including ovens, hobs, extractor hoods and microwaves, plus bathrooms, floors, windows and sills, and the shared stairs, landings and hallways.

Does Birmingham’s HMO licensing cover Sutton Coldfield?

Yes. Sutton Coldfield is within Birmingham, and the city’s additional licensing scheme covers every ward from 5 June 2023 to 4 June 2028. Check your property with Birmingham City Council. We get it clean before an inspection and help with the repair list, but we do not certify properties.

Do you offer regular HMO cleaning?

Yes. After a deep clean we can keep the property on a weekly or biweekly clean. The client whose three HMOs we deep cleaned now has us in on that basis.

Can you help with the repair list after an inspection?

Yes. Send us the list with photos and we will assess it and quote. Our team and the trades we work with carry out the work, and you get one invoice from us. Specialist jobs such as fire doors go to suitably competent tradespeople. We do not certify properties or sign off inspections.

How much does HMO cleaning cost?
