A client with three HMOs needed every one of them deep cleaned ahead of inspection. We priced all three as a single job and cleaned them in one day.

Can you get an HMO ready for an inspection?

Yes. Our HMO deep clean covers kitchens, including ovens, hobs, extractor hoods and microwaves, plus bathrooms, floors, windows and sills, and the shared stairs, landings and hallways.

Do you clean HMOs across Wolverhampton?

Yes, across the whole city, from Whitmore Reans and Blakenhall to Wednesfield and Bilston. We deep clean before an inspection and can keep the property on a weekly or biweekly clean. Several properties are priced together as one job. Check licensing questions with City of Wolverhampton Council, as we do not certify properties.

Yes. Send us the list with photos and we will assess it and quote. Our team and the trades we work with carry out the work, and you get one invoice from us. Specialist jobs such as fire doors go to suitably competent tradespeople. We do not certify properties or sign off inspections.

How much does HMO cleaning cost?
